This garden in Nottingham was suffering from a lack of light mainly brought about by this very lofty silver birch. Reducing the tree's height will hopefully do the trick.

Silver birch trees soon develop a thick canopy of leaves that can become overwhelming if not managed. Fortunately this tree has plenty of life left in it and will be enjoyed long into the future.
