Sycamore trees are hard to stop. We see the propellers (samaras) gently floating about and that's a really efficient way for a tree to multiply!

Before you know it you can end up with a 10m high tree almost anywhere and that's the problem - they almost always set themselves in the most inappropriate places, often leading to damage to walls or paving, quite quickly.

In the case of these particular trees, they were quite spindly which is a dangerous thing when close to footpaths and buildings.

We were able to quickly and safely reduce these trees and then fell them completely.
