Felling a Diseased Chestnut Tree

Working under the stormy skies of Nottingham, here we are, safely felling this Chestnut.

Very few trees escape disease in one form or another. The Chestnut tree is susceptible to a range of diseases and this old boy was really in a bit of a state and had become dangerous.

We safely dismantled the tree, branch-by-branch before reducing the height and grinding the stump to ground level.
