Towering over these properties in Nottingham, this birch tree was getting a little out of hand

A lovely tree in the Nottinghamshire countryside but also quite close to properties. Luckily it's a healthy tree and we were able to climb whilst safely reducing its height.

Birch trees can be unstable, especially when they get to this height but this particular specimen was well-rooted - we just needed to get up there and give it some care. All-in-all a very satisfying days work.
