When you see a tree surgeon at work, you may think we're 'destroying' trees but more often than not, we're faced with a situation like this. These silver birch trees were badly decayed and could easily have caused a great deal of damage if caught in a storm. In fact they were in such a state they really could have dropped branches or simply tumbled at any time.

Having carried out a survey, we carefully reduced the trees before removing the stump with our powerful stump-grinder, to leave the ground ready for replanting or turfing.
