Removing a Broken Branch

This branch was in a precarious position above outbuildings

The branch was just about hanging on and could have dropped at any time so we had to be careful. It was decided that the only safe way up was via a cherry picker, being very careful not to disturb the tree too while getting up there.

After some careful manoeuvering we were able to lash and separate the branch from the tree before carefully lowering it to the ground.
