There was visible damage to the wall of this property in nottingham, it was just starting to lean towards the pavement as the tree seemed to have created some heave. It's not at the point where it could be termed dangerous but the cause certainly needed dealing with.

There was no alternative but to fell the tree completely - a pity but for the sake of long terms safety it really was the only option.
